Because each raw crystal is unique and naturally delicate, your order can be canceled or modified before it is shipped.
Once it has been carefully packed and sent out, we’re unable to process returns or cancellations — thank you for understanding the nature of these rare treasures.

💍 Jewelry

We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, as long as items are in their original condition and packaging.
✅ All exchanges are free for our customers.
Returns are subject to a $5 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
